במסגרת פסטיבל TLVFest תתקיים הקרנת בכורה מיוחדת, שבועיים לפני היציאה לבתי הקולנוע, של “הסיפור של יוסי”, הסרט החדש של איתן פוקס.

“הסיפור של יוסי”, סרטו החדש של איתן פוקס, על פי תסריט של איתי סגל, ובהפקת אמיר הראל מתחקה אחר גיבור הסרט “יוסי וג’אגר” 10 שנים לאחר מות אהובו בלבנון. בעשר השנים שחלפו מאז הפך יוסי לקרדיולוג מצליח, אבל התקשה להתאושש באמת מהטראומה ההיא. פגישה עם אישה מעברו מאלצת אותו לבחון מחדש את חייו ולהתמודד עם הסודות והפחדים של נפשו.

הסרט, בכיכובם של אוהד קנולר, עוז זהבי, ליאור אשכנזי, אורלי זילברשץ ואולה שור, הופק על ידי “למה הפקות”, ו”יונייטד קינג פילמס”, ובתמיכת “רשת” ו”יס” וצפוי לעלות למסכים בישראל במהלך החודשים הקרובים.

Film Premiere Fundraiser for IGY – Yossi’s Story

Join IGY (Israel Gay Youth) for a special premiere screening of “Yossi’s Story”, a new film by Eitan Fox, sequel to “Yossi & Jagger”– two weeks before the official opening! This event is taking place as part of TLVFest, Tel Aviv’s LGBT film festival and is a special fundraising event for IGY.

Join us for the most talked about film of the year and support the work of IGY across Israel!

The event will take place May 2, 2012 at the Tel Aviv Cinemathque (HaArba’a St. 5).

“Yossi’s Story,” a new film by Eitan Fox based on the screenplay of Itay Segel and produced by Amir Harel, follows the lead character of “Yossi & Jagger” 10 years later. In the ten years that have passed Yossi has become a successful doctor, but has yet to fully recover from his past. A chance meeting with a friend from the past forces him to look at his life again and to deal with the secrets and fears hidden within his heart.

The film, starring Ohad Knoller, Oz Zahavi, Lior Ashkenazi, Orly Zilvershatz and Ula Shor, was produced by Llama Productions and United King Films with the support of Reshet and Yes, and is expected to open in cinemas across Israel this May and June.
The film is in Hebrew with English subtitles.

At the screening director Eitan Fox, writer Gal Uchovsky will be present, along with other surprise guests…
